Reception

Receptionists play a crucial role in connecting patients with the practice and serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries. They can offer basic information regarding services and results, guiding you to the appropriate person based on your health concerns or questions. Additionally, receptionists are responsible for scheduling the majority of patient appointments with GPs and nurses. Their responsibilities extend to other vital tasks, including issuing repeat prescriptions and managing prescription inquiries. Please keep in mind that receptionists may need to ask specific questions to ensure you receive the best care possible; they are not being intrusive.
